Pet Owner Participation

Pet owners participating in PawSource projects acknowledge and agree that:

• They are the lawful owner or authorized caretaker of the animal.

• Their animal is reasonably healthy and suitable for participation.

• They will disclose any behavioral concerns, medical conditions, or safety risks.

• They remain responsible for their animal’s behavior and control unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Participation may be denied or terminated if safety concerns arise.

Third-Party Locations

Certain projects may occur on private property, public property, partner facilities, or third-party locations.

Participants agree to comply with all applicable venue rules, regulations, and requirements.

PawSource is not responsible for the actions, policies, or conditions of third-party locations.

Payments and Fees

Clients agree to pay all fees outlined in approved proposals, contracts, invoices, or licensing agreements.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Project balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

• Deliverables may be withheld until payment obligations are satisfied.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be governed by the applicable project agreement.

In the absence of a separate agreement:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

• PawSource reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

User Submissions

Any information, comments, suggestions, photographs, videos, testimonials, or materials submitted to PawSource may be used for business purposes unless otherwise prohibited by law or restricted through a separate written agreement.

You represent that you have the legal right to submit any materials provided.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

PawSource makes no guarantees regarding:

• Website availability

• Website performance

• Specific project outcomes

• Marketing results

• Commercial success

• Business performance resulting from licensed content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawSource, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
